Terms & Conditions in short

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

  • Refunds/replacements due to damage/loss by the shipper cannot be entertained.

  • We cannot respond to complaints 2 weeks after receipt of the item.

  • Coupon codes cannot be applied after the order has been paid for.

  • Please refer to the Refund Policy for refunds on defective or damaged items.

  • Additional costs in shipping or taxes may be incurred depending on shipping location.

  • We will do our best to resolve any issues as soon as possible.

  • Any and all personal information will only be used for the transaction(s), as well as resolving any possible claims.

  • Credit card payments are protected with SSL; AiD is not privy to customers' card information.

Refund Policy

Our shop does not entertain returns. Please refer to the guide below in case any problems occur:

 Cancellations and Refunds 

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

  • In the case of damage or lost goods due to the shipper, replacements and refunds will not be entertained. Please contact the shipper to claim damages.

 In Cases of Problems with the Products 

Please get in touch with us via CONTACT within 2 weeks of receiving the product(s) if there are issues with the product(s) as listed below. Remember to include your name, e-mail, and order number as written in your order.

  1. Wrong product received

  2. Missing product(s)

  3. Quality issues with the product received (misprints, missing pages, unordered pages)

If there are remaining stocks, a replacement will be sent. If there are no more remaining stocks, a refund will be issued, or an item of equivalent item will be sent instead.

 Regarding Re-sending Items 

If an item has not been received for any reason and is sent back to AiD, customers who wish to have the item sent back will have to pay an additional fee for the return shipping + re-shipping + handling (15%).

About Shipping

 Shipping Schedule 

  • Orders will be shipped on the next Tuesday (deadline for orders is Sunday).

Example 1: Order on Sunday → Ships on Tuesday (2 days after)
Example 2: Order on Monday → Ships next Tuesday (8 days after)

  • Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided. Please track your shipment HERE

 Overseas 

【1】Air Mail

cheap and simple delivery (padding such as bubble wrap will be used to help prevent damage). Add "Boxed Option" to your purchase to have the item sent in a box. Maximum value covered by insurance is 6,000 JPY.

【2】EMS

faster than Air Mail, and packaged in a box. Maximum value covered by insurance is 20,000 JPY. Please use this option for safer and faster delivery.

 

【3】Regarding shipping fees listed as "9999999"

When ordering items that cannot all be shipped together, it will be show that that delivery method cannot be used. Due to limitations in the system, the fee will be instead be displayed as "9999999".

 Other precautions 

  • For those shipping within and outside of Japan and China, please enter your address entirely in the Roman alphabet.

  • Please make ensure that your address is correctly spelled. The address cannot be changed after shipping.

If in case you have input the wrong address, please use the tracking function to ascertain the package location and contact the delivery agent. You may be able to change its delivery location, depending on the delivery agent.

  • If items in stock are ordered together with pre-order items, your order will be sent out only by the latest pre-order shipping date.

 Tracking 

​For deliveries to the following areas, tracking of packages is available up to the extent within Japan (until the package is on the plane).

If your delivery area falls under the list below and you wish to have your package tracked within your country, please use EMS.

Pre-order items will be stocked on a different schedule than normal items in stock. Please make sure you check the shipping dates for each product when ordering.

  • If items in stock are ordered together with pre-order items, your order will be sent out only by the latest pre-order shipping date.

 

When ordering items with different shipping times, if you want to receive everything together, please select "Consolidate Order".
